Great wallpaper, although it isn't original, it still stands out among the others who used a similar technique to you. The technique is great, I love how the colour blue you've used and how you've added a vignette so the user is attracted to the centre. I only have one thing to say against it. The fact that the majority of the larger spots are rather bright which draws the attention away from the other parts of the image, if the outer glows could be reduced and if different levels of opacity were added this wallpaper would be amazing. It also looks like some of the bright spots have been combined, this effect would be great if the opacity was tweaked, hope to see more from you
